We have a client in Norcross, GA that has an immediate need for a field service technician. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing automation machines for factory acceptance
• Preparing machines for shipping
• Assembly and set up of automation lines
• Test running machines
• Remote support on machines in the field
• Provide phone-mail support to customers all over the US
• Provide feedback to the R&D department
• Composing support manuals and step-by-step procedures
• On site at customers
• Onsite support
• Installation of equipment
• Providing Machine Training for customers
• Maintenance on machines in the field

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge and understanding of automation and electrical engineering
• 3-5 years of experience as a service technician
• Good software skills (MS Office
• AutoCAD is a Plus
• Willing to go hands on when it comes to technology
• Must have good analytical skills to be able to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel maximum 50%(must be able to obtain a passport)
• Able to work in an international environment
• Capable of working without sponsorship
• Possibility to travel international

This is a direct hire permanent position and pay will be based on experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
